The Facility & Press
GTECH Printing Corporation has invested over $45 million to create the most advanced instant game facility in the world. The facility is located in Lakeland, Florida, with easy access to all major highways and international shipping ports. The press sets new standards for quality, throughput, and security. GPC’s Gallus press is capable of printing 48,000 tickets per minute and more than 11 billion tickets annually. GTECH Printing has the capacity to package 90 million tickets per day, more tickets than any other instant ticket vendor. Printing tickets on the world’s most advanced instant ticket press in the industry gives customers access to unprecedented flexibility, on-demand production planning, the highest quality graphics, bulletproof security, and outstanding customer service. Engineered for maximum production flexibility, precision, and speed, the new press features 22 individually servo-controlled stations for the ultimate in registration, color control, and bar code quality. GPC’s in-line finishing technology is a multi-purpose system that improves efficiency, enhances design capabilities, and allows for new games ideas to be entered into the market. From color-proofing through end-of-game processing, GPC’s products are consistently the best available on the market.
